CHURCH STAFF

    Pastor Rick and Sheila are the Lead pastoral team at Living Waters FWC. Rick Knight is a graduate of the Pentecostal Theological Seminary (formerly known as the Church of God Theological Seminary) in Cleveland, TN, where he completed his Masters of Divinity Degree with an emphasis in Christian Formation and Discipleship.

They have been in the ministry for over 30 years developing and creating the groundwork for young people to serve as leaders in various ways in the local body, community, and through extended mission trips across the United States and abroad, including Jamaica, and Peru, SA. They have also ministered to youth in Ontario, Canada and Hawaii; been involved with campus & inner-city street ministries, youth camps & retreats, youth leader conferences & seminars in many facets; and has directed Discipleship Teams, along with Drama & Worship Teams. Rick has been an active part of the Delmarva-DC Region youth ministries team, and also helped establish MYLA (Mountaineer Youth Leaders Association) in West Virginia.

Sheila is a gifted speaker and writer. She was a part of the Delmarva-DC Region Girls Club Board; she established and served as Girls Club director at their local church in Maryland. Sheila has been used as a singer and instrumentalist during their ministry years together. For many years she was a part of the Westmore Sanctuary Choir in Cleveland, TN. She was a homeschool mom for thirteen years, and the past 4.5 years she spent in Cleveland, she served as Computer Lab teacher at an elementary school.

    They are excited that God placed them as lead pastor of the Living Waters Family Worship Center.  “Living Waters has been placed in a very strategic area for a great harvest of souls in the Martinsburg and surrounding areas – We feel honored God chose us to pastor here.”

    Pastor Rick and Sheila also have a married son, Joel, in Crownsville, MD and two adorable grandkids who know Rick as “Poppy," and Sheila as "Mamaw."  Their daughter Brittany is currently attending Eastern Tennessee State University.

Samantha Martin

    Joshua and Samantha Martin have served as the Youth Pastors of Unashamed Youth Ministries at Living Waters Family Worship Center since March 2010. They have a genuine passion to make a positive impact on the lives of local youth and young adults, and their desire is to help build strong disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Josh holds a Masters’ Degree in Strategic Leadership and is currently working on a Bible and Theology degree from Lee University. Samantha recently completed an Associates’ Degree in Christian Ministry from Ohio Christian University.  Josh is also currently finishing required coursework to become a credentialed minister with the Church of God. 

They have been married for 10 years and are the parents of two very energetic boys; Ryan (9) and Colton (7). They currently reside in Martinsburg, WV.
